When it is done, the books are yours. Keep them yourself, hand them to your CPA, or put them on a monthly plan with us. All three are fine.

Our main service. A one-time project: we fix miscategorized transactions, reconcile every account, put costs back on the right jobs, and hand you a QuickBooks file that holds up — going back as far as needed. Fixed scope, fixed price, clear end date.

Monthly Bookkeeping

For after the cleanup, if you want it. Full transaction categorization, reconciliation, and a close report every month, so the file never gets behind again. Monthly bookkeeping is available after the cleanup, but never required.
